If you have a Letterman Jacket
( Juniors and Seniors )
Go to Step # 1
If you have been sized for a new
Letterman Jacket ( 10th, 11th & 12 grade )
Go to Step # 3
If you are in the 8th and 9th Grade you are not eligible for a Jacket but are eligible for Patches listed in the Athletic Eligibility Sheets

Step # 1 -
Review the School Paid Athletic Patch Sheet. Note the patches you have qualified for in your sport or sports. Go to Step # 2
Step # 2 -
Select Boys/Girls School Paid order form below. Enter the loose patches that you wish to order and submit the form. Orders placed before June 15th will be paid for by the Athletic Dept. Orders received after that date are will not be paid by the school. The payment is the responsibility of the student. Patches will be shipped to the school.
Step # 3 -
You may be eligible for additional patches that you can purchase. Go to Patch Eligibility - Student Paid and review the list.
Step # 4 -
Select the Student Paid form below to order Athletic Patches or Graduation Year Patches. If you are receiving a Jacket and order before June 15th the patches will be sewn on your jacket. Students with a jacket can order and we will ship to you directly.
