Order Process 2025-26

Welcome to the 2025–2026 Jacket and Patch ordering process. Just like in previous years, any student who qualifies for a Letterman Jacket through Academics, Band, Dance, Cheer, or Athletics will receive a beautiful jacket during the Presentation Program in Fall 2026. The cost of the jacket will be covered by the club or sport your student participates in.

Beginning this year, students are responsible for ordering and paying for their own patches. A step‑by‑step guide for placing patch orders is included after this information.
Important Dates & Pricing
  1. May 14 – Eligible students will be measured for their jacket size.
  2. June 15 – The group jacket order will be placed.
  3. June 15 – Deadline for all patch orders that need to be sewn onto the jackets. These patches will be added at the factory. The "sewn on" orders must be submitted and paid by this date.
  4. Students who already have a jacket may also place loose patch orders at any time.

Loose Patch Ordering Details:
  • Loose patch orders submitted and paid by June 15 will be shipped to the school by September 4 with a $3.00 shipping fee per order.
  • Loose patch orders submitted and paid after June 15 will be shipped directly to your home with a $16.85 shipping fee per order.
Patch Pricing
  • Loose patches: $25.00 each
  • Patches sewn onto jackets: $28.00 each
Once you submit an order, a digital invoice will be sent to the email address you provide.

Step # 1 -

Review the Eligibilty sheets ( Use the button below). Note the patches you have qualified for in your sport or sports. Go to Step # 2

Step # 2 -

Select "Patch Order Form 2025-26" below. Enter the loose patches that you wish to order and submit the form. As noted above Jacket Patch orders submitted and paid before June 15th will be sewn on your jacket. Loose Patch orders submitted and paid before June 15th will be delivered to shool with a $3.00 shipping charge. Orders after June 15th will be delivered to your address with a $16.85 shipping charge.

Step # 3 -

Please note on the order form you can choose several patches such as "Graduation Year Date", "Academice Excellence" , etc. to customize your jacket.
